Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, a friendly representative from Upcountry Safaris Uganda will warmly welcome you. After a short briefing about your safari, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, set off for the western region of Uganda, driving through the beautiful countryside and tea plantations. On arrival at Queen Elizabeth National Park, you’ll check in at your lodge and enjoy the afternoon at leisure, soaking in views of the savannah and the Rwenzori Mountains.
Overnight: The Baboon Safari Lodge

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Start the day with an exciting morning game drive across the Kasenyi plains, searching for lions, elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, famed for its high concentration of hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kyambura Gorge and Transfer to Lake Mburo
After an early breakfast, head to the beautiful Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee tracking. Walk through the lush forest and experience the thrill of spotting chimpanzees in their natural habitat. After the trek, drive to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah park, known for its herds of zebras and impalas.

Day 5: Walking Safari in Lake Mburo and Return to Kampala
Enjoy a unique walking safari through Lake Mburo National Park, accompanied by a ranger guide. Encounter zebras, elands, topis, and other wildlife on foot — a refreshing and close-to-nature experience. Later, transfer back to Kampala for a restful evening.
